Avalanche Slip n Slide Rules
No one can take part without signing a waver when making a booking for a session. Under 16’s must have this signed by an adult who has participated a ticket.
You can not slide unless you have taken part in a safety induction as carried out by a member of the Avalanche team.
  • We recommend wearing wetsuits and anyone without must slide on the piece of equipment provided (bodyboard or ring).
  • No jewellery, glasses or footwear can be worn while participating.
  • Adults must supervise their children at all times (13 years and under).
  • No children under 2 can participate and 3-4 year old’s must ride with an adult every time.
  • No one can slide until the lane is clear and a member of staff has given you the all clear to start your ride.
  • No standing while sliding and the kit provided must be used correctly.
  • Once you have stopped sliding please exit immediately to the safe walk way as instructed by our staff.
  • Never cross lanes on exit and leave the pool as quickly as possible.
  • Please use the Astroturf walkways provided to keep your feet clean and take care while walking up the steps.
  • Anyone using the Slip and Slide aged 16 or over must have a waiver completed by themselves or a consenting adult at check in for a session.
  • Anyone taking part in a session must adhere to site rules and follow all safety instructions from staff.
  • Each slide cannot start without the slide being clear and given the all clear by a member of staff.
Each session last one hour with the induction at 5 mins before the session begins at the gathering point by the ramp steps. Wrist bands must be warn for each session.

Terms and Conditions

Payment

All bookings must be made by credit or debit card and will only be considered final when an email confirmation has been sent to the booking party.

Confirmation of your transaction will be sent to the nominated email address once your payment for the transaction has been cleared. If you do not receive a confirmation email within two business days, please contact East Crinnis.

The customer shall be entitled to cancel a booking, subject to East Crinnis receiving such request for cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the date and time stated within the Booking Confirmation.

East Crinnis will allow the customer to re-schedule a booking provided the notice period within this clause has been given. However, should a booking be cancelled within 48 hours of a confirmed booking then no refund or alternate booking date shall be given. Any refund due in accordance with these Terms and Conditions can only be made to the same debit or credit card used to make the booking, or if the card has subsequently expired, by bank transfer.

You and each member of your party will be required to complete our waiver before being allowed to undertake a session on Avalanche Slip and Slide

Guest to the slip and slide must adhere to any rules associated to the holiday when using the site facilities and therefore must follow full terms and conditions of any site guest.
